JH Track Results at Battle Creek Invite
Congratulations to these JH Tracksters on their performance at the Battle Creek Track meet against very tough competition: Cassie Brabec - 2nd 100 and 3rd 200; Ashlynn Novotny - 5th 100, 5th 200, and 4th LJ; Libby Crecco - 5th 400; Tess Indra - 6th TJ; Kim Stodola - 3rd Shot; Natalie Reeves - 5th Discus; 4X100 team of Cassie, Ashlynn, Emma Labenz, and Taya Gross - 3rd; and 4X400 team of Kim, Taya, Tess, and Brittney - 5th. Kaegan Held - 100 M 2nd, 3rd LJ, and setting a new JH record of 100 H 16.97 - 1st; Halee Steffensmeier - 3rd 200; Paige Moore - 4th 400, 6th 100 H, and 5th 195 H; Beth Wiese - 5th Shot; and Sara McEvoy - 5th Discus; and 4X100 team of Beth, Halee, Paige, and Kaegan - 4th; and 4X400 team of Kiara Brabec, Bianca Aguirre, Shyla Shaw, and Cheyenne Brabec 5th. Both the 7th and 8th grade girls placed 4th in their divisions.
Boys- Isaak Wiese - 1st HJ, 5th LJ, 6th 400m; Dillan Knapp - 6th 1600m; 5th in 4 x 400m - Kobe Indra, Dillan Knapp, Sawyer Kappel, Carson Ahrens; Travis Stanley - 6th 100m Hurdles, 6th 195m Hurdles; Logan Becher - 5th TJ; Daniel Beller - 6th TJ; 4th in 4 x 100m - Daniel Beller, Logan Becher, Cort Pokorney, John Langhorst. 7th Grade boys finished in 4th place and 8th grade boys in 6th place.
