Volleyball Quad in Humphrey
The Clarkson-Leigh Patriots attended a volleyball quadrangular in Humphrey on October 9, 2016. At the quad there were four teams: Clarkson-Leigh, Twin River, Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family, and Howells-Dodge.
The Patriots started out their first game with a great start, winning their first game in 3 sets. In their second game, they played Howells-Dodge, who beat them in 2 sets. “We played hard but had too many mistakes,” said senior Shelby Paprocki.
The Patriots went into their third game against Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family strong and won the first set. They battled through the second set but did not have enough gas in the tank to win. The Patriots were defeated in the third set.
