Student Spotlight: Sharline Aguilar

This week for Student Spotlight, Sharline Aguilar was interviewed. Sharline is a freshman at Clarkson and started going to school in Clarkson earlier this school year. Sharline lives with her foster parents, Jeff and Trisha Zimmerman. Her siblings include Andrea Zimmerman, Tim Zimmerman, Trey Zimmerman, Luis and Kristina Mayorga, Kevin Aguilar, and Zach Boydstun.  Sharline recently moved here all the way from Washington but did go to school in Leigh a couple of years ago.

Sharline was involved in basketball and one act earlier this year.  She is currently in choir, speech, and track. Her favorite sport is basketball. Sharline’s favorite class is currently Geography, and her favorite teacher is Mr. McEvoy. She thinks his class is fun and he’s really funny.

In her free time, Sharline likes to hang out with her family at home. She likes watching movies a lot, and her favorite one would be Max. When Sharline graduates high school, she wants to either go to Central Community College or Northeast Community College. She plans on becoming a nurse. Sharline doesn’t have many fears, but her biggest one would be dying.
