Student Spotlight: Kobe Indra
This week’s student in the spotlight is Kobe Indra. He is a freshman this year at Clarkson High School. His parents are Adam and Chay Indra. Kobe has three siblings: an older sister Destiny, a younger sister Faith, and a younger brother Jase.
When Kobe grows up he wants to do something in construction. He also doesn't know where he wants to go to college, but he wants it to be somewhere close to home.
Kobe is involved in FFA, basketball, and track. He joined track and FFA for the first time this year and has been playing basketball since elementary. He chose to go out for basketball and track because he wanted to stay active, and he joined FFA because he thought it would be fun to go to the conventions and meetings. He also thought FFA was pretty interesting and wanted to meet new people from different schools. Kobe’s favorite sport would have to be basketball because he can almost play wherever he wants to and he likes to dive for the ball.
In high school there are some good things and some bad things. Kobe’s favorite part about high school is his teachers because they help him when he is struggling through his tests and his homework. His least favorite thing is doing all of the homework. Kobe’s favorite thing about the freshman class is how they argue but then the next day they forget about it and they are all friends again. He also likes how they joke around and use things against each other.
Kobe’s inspiration is his Grandpa Indra because he is a great person and gets along with everyone even if he doesn't know them. Kobe hopes to be like him be like him when he gets to be his age.
This summer Kobe is looking forward to working with his boss and joking around with the people he works with.
