Stanton Track Invite information
MEET DATE: Tuesday, March 27, 2018
LOCATION: The track is located in the southeast corner of Stanton. Please park all
busses on the west side of the main entrance gates.
STARTING TIMES: Field events: 12:30 p.m. Running events: 2:30 p.m.
HOSPITALITY AREA: Located in the same building as the concession stand.
FINALS: All events will be finals, with the top six fastest times scoring.
EQUIPMENT: NO SPIKES LONGER THAN 1/8 INCH. Starting blocks will be
provided.
MARKINGS: No tape on the track or runways or high jump pad.
TEAM CAMPS: Camp sites should be set up south of the bleachers outside the fence.
Please, no camp sites north of the bleachers. EVERYONE MUST STAY OFF THE
FOOTBALL FIELD EXCEPT FOR THOSE CURRENTLY PARTICIPATING IN A
RUNNING EVENT. ALL COOLERS must be kept in the camp site area and not in the
bleachers!
TEAMS ENTERED: Clarkson-Leigh, Humphrey St. Francis, BRLD, Stanton,
Emerson-Hubbard- Pender, West Holt and Winside.
ADMISSION: ADULTS $5.00 and STUDENTS $4.00

Field events will consist of 4 attempts, and no finals. All throws will be run
simultaneously!
12:30 Boys’ discus west ring 1 st flight
12:30 Girls’ discus east ring 1 st flight
12:30 Boys’ shot south ring 2 nd flight
12:30 Girls’ shot north ring 2 nd flight
12:30 Girls’ triple jump north runway followed by boys’ triple jump
12:30 Boys’ long jump/Unified south runway followed by girls’ long jump/Unified
12:30 Girls’ high jump followed by boys’ high jump
12:30 Girls’ Pole Vault followed by boys’ pole vault
RUNNING EVENTS
Girls’ events will be followed by boys. All events will be finals, with the top six
fastest times scoring. Starting times are approximate.
