Quiz Bowl
Quiz Bowl is an extracurricular activity where students are asked a variety of questions that cover Literature, Math, History, Current Events, Pop Culture, Music, Science, Geography, and Art - a little bit of everything. Sometimes the students leave school to compete and sometimes they compete on the radio.
There are four participants plus two alternatives. This year’s CHS Quiz Bowl members are Colby Becker, Korbin Kudera, Jon Langdon, Jenna Podany, and Austin McAuliffe. The alternates are Christopher Konicek and Taylor Stanley.
This year, tryouts were held because there were so many students interested in being on the team. The test the students took included retired Quiz Bowl questions from previous years.
