Patriots vs. Chiefs
On September 16, the Clarkson-Leigh Patriots football team took on the Omaha Nation Chiefs in Leigh. Clarkson-Leigh took home the win with a score of 56 to 14.
In the first quarter, Clarkson-Leigh led 20 to 0. Then, in the second quarter, Clarkson-Leigh led 48 to 0. In the third quarter Clarkson was able to make a touchdown and a two-point conversion, then Omaha Nation was able to make a touchdown and make the two-point conversion, bringing the score of 56 to 8. In the final quarter, Omaha Nation was able to keep Clarkson-Leigh from scoring any points. Omaha Nation was able to get one last touchdown at the end.
