In The Patriot Spotlight: Korbin Kudera

Each week a Clarkson High School student or Clarkson Public Schools staff member will be randomly selected to be "In the Patriot Spotlight."  This week's Patriot is Korbin Kudera.

Korbin is a senior at Clarkson Public School. He also has a younger sister, Kara, who is junior at CPS. His parents are Kevin and Tamra Kudera.

At school, Korbin participates in FFA. He likes FFA because he wants to be an agronomist, and it gives him lots of wonderful opportunities to learn. No surprise here, but Korbin’s favorite class is Ag. His favorite teachers are Mr. Murren and Mr. Bailey. After Korbin graduates this spring, he is going to go the University Nebraska Lincoln to study Agronomy.

During his free time, Korbin works on his family farm. Korbin’s favorite sport to watch is football, and his favorite team is the Nebraska Huskers. At school, Korbin’s favorite lunch is sub sandwiches. Also, his favorite part about being at school is learning because there’s always something new to learn. More free time on the farm is what he misses most about summer.

Korbin’s favorite color is green, which is also his favorite color of tractor too. Korbin’s dream vehicle is a Chevy Duramax. His favorite restaurant is Texas Roadhouse. If he could have any superpower it would be super strength. If Korbin could go anywhere on a vacation, he would go to either Brazil or Argentina to see the different types of agriculture they have there compared to here in the U.S. In ten years Korbin sees himself working as an agronomist on the family farm, living in the area, and maybe with a family and children.

Korbin is most looking forward to enjoying his last year of high school before he heads off to college.
