In The Patriot Spotlight: Kim Stodola
N THE PATRIOT SPOTLIGHT: KIM STODOLA
Each week a Clarkson High School student or Clarkson Public Schools staff member will be randomly selected to be "In the Patriot Spotlight."
Kim Stodola was drawn for this week’s Student Spotlight. Kim is a sophomore at Clarkson Public School. Her parents are Jeff and Mary Stodola. Kim has four siblings: Melissa (27), Steph (25), Brian (23), and McKenna ( an eighth grader at CPS).
Kim is currently out for volleyball, basketball, and track. She chose to go out for so many sports because she likes to stay involved, and she loves playing them. If she had to choose one as her favorite she would choose basketball because she likes the energy that the teams get when they play games.
Kim’s inspiration is her mom because Mary shows her that she can do anything she wants to as long as she pushes herself. She also inspires her because she is a great mom; Kim wants to inspire and push her own kids when she has them.
If Kim could go back in time she would fix a time when she got grounded for not coming home in time for supper. She was hanging out with a friend and lost track of time. When she got home, her parents were really mad at her.
Kim said that her favorite thing about the sophomore class is that if someone is feeling down, they all come together and try to make them feel better, like one happy family.
If Kim could be on celebrity she would choose to be Maren Morris because she is a wonderful singer and really pretty.
As of now, Kim is indecisive on what she wants to be when she grows up.
