On To College ACT Test Prep
Parents, did you know that Clarkson High School has available to students the On To College ACT test prep program?
High school students can schedule times to come in and watch the 45-minute videos with Mrs. Kappel – during a study hall, lunch, before school, or after school during the fall semester. If students want to work independently on the program, they can pick and choose topics that they want to improve upon. It is ideal to watch the sessions 4 to 5 weeks before the ACT test, to keep the information fresh. Each junior is assigned an account, but it can be assigned freshman or sophomore year.
Juniors will have the opportunity to watch the videos second semester prior to the ACT test date with their core teachers. All juniors will take the ACT as a group in March. This is a state requirement and the ACT determines some scholarship eligibility and program placement.
